Dozer Operator:
The person in this role uses a bulldozer to construct or repair dream pond projects for our customers. Soil types include sand, rock, caleche & clay.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to finish grade
- Attention to detail is a must as we build top-notch, highly detailed ponds for our customers
- Must be able to read the ground
- Must know the proper functions of the dozer to not exaggerate equipment
- You will be responsible for maintaining equipment
- Must be able to read blueprints
- CDL a plus but not required
Excavator Operator
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to load trucks
- Must be able to properly carry material as operating
- You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, along with keeping it clean
- Must be able to grade
- Must be able to load and strap equipment on to semi for transport
- Must be able to dig ditch
- Clearing is often needed on job sites
- Attention to detail is a must as we build top-notch, highly detailed ponds for our customers.
- CDL a plus but not required
- Must have valid license
- Willing to travel a few times a year
Lead Operator:
Job Requirements:
- Must understand the lay of the job
- Must be able to run a transit
- Follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable talking customers through the job process and understanding customer wants & needs
- Drivers license REQUIRED
- Must speak fluent English
- Communicate well with project manager and other teammates
- Keep a running list of needs for equipment
- Responsible to make sure company trucks are prepared daily
- CDL a plus but not required
- Willing to travel a few times a year
Operator in Training/Groundhand (Laborer)
Job Requirements:
- Willing to be a laborer as they are learning to operate equipment
- Willing to do all tasks asked (running trash pumps, greasing equipment)
- Watch other operators work to learn how to run equipment
- Most training will be done in the skid steer
- Keep job site clean
- Know all the functions of equipment
- Be teachable in all aspects of pond construction
- Must have valid license
- Willing to travel a few times a year
- Must speak fluent English
Foreman:
Job Requirements:
- Must be confident
- Able to read blueprints
- Run a transit
- Must be able to run all types of equipment
- Fluent with email, text, and computers
- Responsible for overseeing all equipment maintenance
- Has mechanical skills to repair equipment/trucks
- Understand the customer’s project vision
- Great customer service skills
- Layout and measurements of projects
- Math skills needed
- Setup a plan for the project of the day
- Great communication skills with other teammates
- responsible for mapping out directions for the haul truck
- CDL a plus but not required
- Willing to travel a few times a year
- Fluent English Required
Operator
Job Requirements:
- Equipment includes: Dozers, skidsteers, dump truck, excavators, rollers, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years experience REQUIRED
- Must be able to load trucks
- You will be responsible for maintaining equipment, along with keeping it clean
- Must be able to load and strap equipment on to semi for transport
